I’ve said it many times, but I am very fortunate as a pizza lover to live within a 5 mile radius of some of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, anywhere. Dough Artisan Pizzeria is no exception. But this is not just about pizza. The menu might seem limited, but its never the same. It is ever evolving with the ingredients supplied by local farmers in season.
Dough features organic, free-range, gluten free, vegan and healthy choices whenever possible.
The pizza, while for me, is usually the star of the show, here, it is just the start. Meatballs, zucchini crisps, macaroni and cheese (with 5 different cheeses, all of which are the chef’s secret blend), and even chicken and smoked ribs are just some of the items you will find here.
Getting back to the pizza, don’t be surprised to find butternut squash on there in the fall, and even locally made charcuterie.
