The website says its name SE7TE refers to the seven original artisan pizza creations. They make each order by hand, as well as calzones, pannini, antipasta and fresh desserts. I’ve had two of the very best specialty pizzas here recently.
The Napoli with smoked mozzarella is delicious, but pricey at $29. The other was the Sette with fresh mozzarella, brie, prosciutto is even more delicious. Because we chose takeout, we told them to leave off the arugula. It would wilt on the 15 minute drive back home, and would not reheat well. My wife was very anxious to get it back into the oven because she said the wonderful smell on the ride home was making her crazy.
The next time I will tell them to leave off the cherry tomatoes as well. I am just not a fan of fresh “wet” food on my pizza. It was still very memorable nonetheless.
